if you’ve ever heard someone say something like, “take 2 of something and call me in the morning,” then you know how hard it can be to increase your happiness.

 

how can you instantly feel better? 

 

hello reader. are you ready for your brain makeover? are you tired of being sad and want to feel better instantly? we have some tips for YOU. here is your prescription for instant happiness:

 

take one small bite of tylenol tablet - bite this as soon as you wake up. go back to “sleep” for 1.5 minutes or maybe 1.4. “wake up” and put on your 2nd favorite outfit. now take it off and put on your pajamas. next put your clothes back on. have a couple “perfect” thoughts. listen to the last 10 seconds of a song you like. think about who came up with singing “la la la” instead of singing words. think about how you might be really good at spelling just like auto correct. okay now you’ve wasted too much time. now i promise that your mind-set is better. congratulate yourself on your instant happiness.

 

keep it up or don’t. if you are allergic to the ingredients in the 1st recipe, try this mini instead:

 

put on a pair of shoes. go to a nearby shoe store and find shoes that fit over the shoes that you are currently wearing. purchase the larger shoes. wear them out of the store (over your shoes of course). now that you have a new healthy perspective, start your new happy life.

 

you may think both of these options aren’t exactly “instant.” i think you’ll find that if you believe these aren’t instant solutions, you’re fooling yourself because you think that you don’t deserve happiness.
