In your experience, what are the quicksands in art and creativity?

• To have received the reinforced message that artists are starving themselves since I was a child.
  

• Paralysis, overthinking, pre-judgement before you have even begun. Even trying to have a cohesive plan before you start to make something can pre-sink you.
  

• Falling into a swamp of uninspiration isn't a bad thing, i think what's worse is Over-inspiration... sometimes you want to find a way to mix a lot of things into one and you feel paralyzed. maybe its too expensive, or there isnt even tech for what you want to do yet, maybe theres just no way to do it in a way that makes sense... in these cases i think its good to take a break, breathe, learn from othersss... and just do the best you can. nothing is perfect and done the first time. trial and error is crucial
