Clouds represent lightness, calmness, softness and what flows through them. When there is an excess of clouds it can become a storm or, even more, a tornado.
 

The tornado represents the uncontrollable force that overcomes the small beings that inhabit the earth. It is the eternal spiral in which two forces collide in opposite directions and could generate great chaos.
